Our Tour Operator Relationship Manager, Afton Bugeja, will help you set up your operation to Malta: from accompanying you to visit hotels, to contracting, to collecting material for brochure production and ultimately with the processing of reservations.

You will be regularly updated with news and special offers. Our efficient accounts department headed by Nicolette Desira, will collate invoices and send a monthly statement.

 

Our office services are complemented by our representative,  who personally welcomes all our guests at the airport and escorts them to their particular chauffeur driven car so that they are effortlessly transferred to their hotel in the shortest possible time. An information pack in the appropriate language is handed to guests on arrival and a "Welcome Meeting" is set (always within 24-hours of arrival) so that guests are given detailed information about the destination as well as useful tips on restaurant and tour selection. It is also an opportunity to re-confirm the return flight tickets and pick-up time. Guests are also given emergency telephone numbers so that they can contact us 24/7 for any urgent requirement. On departure, guests are again assisted at the airport until they enter the security zone.
