Fourteen wellness rejuvenation rooms have just been introduced at the five –star Fortina Spa Resort in Sliema.
All of the rooms are equipped with the latest “sleep, wellbeing and fitness equipment” that includes a personal Vibrogym” with the aim of revitalizing body and mind to create the “perfect environment to soothe you into a deep healing sleep, leaving you to wake up feeling refreshed and invigorated”.
The Vibrogym is a machine that “provides the equivalent of a full body workout in just 15 minutes; benefits include improved blood circulation, muscle tone, cellulite reduction and weight loss”.
All beds come with magnetic and infrared a mattress, which magnetize one’s “entire body, relieving it from aches, pains and stress”, whereas the anti-bacterial bedding kills dust mites, which is a great relief for sinus and asthma suffers.
In addition to this, the pillows are also magnetized and this helps to “reduce neck and shoulder pain”, as well as to “stimulate circulation resulting in healthier blood with increased oxygen and nutrients”. All rooms also have an air purifier that removes contaminants from the air.
The Fortina is the first hotel in the Mediterranean and Europe to introduce energized bedding.

Rack rate for a night in a rejuvenation room is €366 for two, inclusive of breakfast.
